Cosmetic Consultations
$200 Scheduling Deposit Required
To reserve your personal consultation with Dr. Kesty, a $200 scheduling deposit is required. This investment in your appointment is nonrefundable, but may be applied toward any treatment you choose to pursue within 90 days of your consultation.
48 Hours Notice Required
We kindly request 48 hours' notice for any rescheduling. Changes made with less than 48 hours' notice will require an additional deposit to secure a new time on Dr. Kesty's schedule.
Aesthetic Treatments
Fillers, Botox, and Lasers
We thoughtfully reserve your appointment time to deliver personalized, exceptional care. To ensure availability for all patients, we have established the following scheduling policies.
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for rescheduling or cancellations.
Changes made within 48 hours will result in a $500 cancellation fee and forfeiture of any deposit.
Note: Advanced Laser Procedures and Surgeries (ex. Laser Eye Rejuvenation, Laser Blepharoplasty, Fully Ablative Laser Resurfacing) require a deposit and more notice for rescheduling. Please call or text our team with any questions.
Advanced Laser Procedures and Surgeries
Advanced Laser Procedures include specialized treatments such as Laser Eye Rejuvenation, Laser Blepharoplasty, Fully Ablative Laser Resurfacing, and other advanced laser techniques.
Advanced Laser Procedures and Surgeries require a non refundable deposit of the full procedure cost upon scheduling.
A minimum 7 days notice is required for rescheduling or cancellations.
Changes made within 7 days will result in a forfeit of the procedure cost.

Credit Card on File Policy
To ensure a seamless experience, St. Petersburg Skin and Laser requires all patients to keep an active credit card on file.
Circumstances when your card may be charged include (but are not limited to):
- Missed or canceled appointments without required notice (as outlined above)
- Any patient balance not paid by your insurance within 60 days after a corrected claim has been filed
Frequently Asked Questions
Why do I need a card on file if I always pay my bills?
Unfortunately, not all patients remit timely payments. Most balances are small (typically under $150). For Medical Dermatology balances over $250, we will extend a courtesy call or email prior to charging your card or arranging a payment plan.
Do I need to sign the Secured Credit Card Policy?
Yes. Your signature confirms your understanding and acceptance of our financial policy.
Is my information safe?
Yes. We do not store your card information in our office. It is securely stored through Square's payment platform, which uses PCI-Validated Point-to-Point Encryption (P2PE)—the highest level of payment security—along with EMV chip-card support to reduce security risks.
Pet Policy
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our patients, we respectfully request that you leave pets at home when visiting St. Petersburg Skin and Laser. Only trained service animals, as defined by applicable regulations, are permitted in our office.
Running Late?
We strive to run on time. If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your appointment time, we may need to reschedule, and a fee may apply.
